Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, write to us at info@chompiter.com. Once accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
The customer covers the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we sent the incorrect product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
Check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately at info@chompiter.com if the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — we cover the return shipping in these cases.
